At Woodleigh Waters Dental, we have created a warm, welcoming experience designed to help you feel informed, relaxed, and well looked after, right from your very first appointment.

What Happens at Your First Appointment

Your first visit is more than just a check-up—it’s where we get to know you, understand your oral health needs, and outline a plan that suits you. You’ll receive a thorough examination, and if necessary, we may start treatment on the same day.

Your first appointment may include:

A comprehensive dental examination
Digital X-rays (if required)
Gum and soft tissue evaluation
An initial clean, scale & polish
Personalised treatment planning (for complex or long-term care needs)

Please note: All patients under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Before You Arrive

To make your first visit as smooth as possible, we recommend:

Arriving 10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms
If you are taking any medications at the moment, get a list of your complete medical history and medications and provide to the dental team
Bringing your private health insurance card (if applicable)
Letting us know if you’re experiencing pain, swelling, or urgent concerns when booking

We will always greet you with a smile and make sure you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.
