How it works
- Consultation. We examine your teeth, take the records we need and talk through braces and Invisalign® with you. The consultation is $80, and it’s deducted from your treatment fee if you go ahead.
- Written plan and quote. If you’re eligible for treatment in our practice, you’ll get a written treatment plan and fee before anything starts.
- Start treatment. Choose the payment plan or pay in full, and we’ll book your first appointment.
Braces or Invisalign®?
Braces are fixed to the teeth and suit a wide range of cases. Invisalign® uses clear, removable aligners that need to be worn around 22 hours a day. Which option suits you depends on your teeth, your bite and your lifestyle, and we’ll explain the pros and cons of each at your consultation. Read more about braces and Invisalign®.
Terms and conditions
- Offer period: this offer is ongoing and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. The terms in place when you accept your written treatment plan apply to your treatment.
- Who it’s for: not all patients are eligible. Our dentist decides eligibility after your consultation and records (such as x-rays, photos and scans).
- Complex cases: cases that need a specialist orthodontist are excluded and will be referred.
- Price: treatment fees start from $6,000 and vary from case to case. Your treatment fee is set out in a written treatment plan and quote before treatment starts.
- Not included: retainers, extractions, regular check-ups and cleans, and any other dental treatment needed before or during orthodontic treatment (for example fillings or gum treatment). These are charged separately.
- Consultation fee: $80. If you go ahead with treatment, the $80 is deducted from your treatment fee.
- Payment plan: monthly payments start from $170. Your upfront payment, monthly amount and number of payments depend on your quoted treatment fee and are set out in your treatment plan. The plan is interest-free, and monthly payments are collected by direct debit. If a payment isn’t made on time, a late fee of $10 may apply to each late payment..
- Pay in full: $500 off your quoted treatment fee when the full fee is paid at the start of treatment. Can’t be combined with the payment plan.
- Treatment time: the quoted treatment fee is payable in full, even if your treatment finishes sooner than expected.
- Health funds: HICAPS available. What you can claim depends on your level of cover and your fund’s orthodontic limits.
- Results: treatment time and results vary from person to person.
- This offer can’t be combined with any other offer and has no cash value.
