These plain-language terms apply to the $189 Comeback offer and are provided in accordance with section 133 of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law.

1. The offer. A Check-up & Clean for $189, available to returning patients of Woodleigh Waters Dental who book and attend an appointment during the offer period.
2. What’s included. A comprehensive oral examination, a scale and clean (removal of plaque and tartar), and a polish. The $189 price covers only the items listed here.
3. What’s not included. Any further treatment identified at your appointment — for example fillings, extractions, periodontal (gum) treatment, x-rays beyond those included above, or treatment for more complex needs — is not part of this offer and will be quoted to you separately for your approval before any treatment proceeds.
4. Based on clinical need. All treatment is subject to a clinical assessment. Any recommendations are based on your individual oral health and only treatment that is clinically appropriate will be advised.
5. Eligibility. Limited to one offer per patient. New bookings only; cannot be combined with any other offer, voucher or discount.
6. Offer period. This is an ongoing offer with no fixed end date, available to returning patients of Woodleigh Waters Dental until further notice. Woodleigh Waters Dental may amend or withdraw the offer at any time (see clause 10).
7. Bookings. Appointments are subject to availability. Please mention the comeback offer when booking, or book online via the campaign link.
8. Private health insurance. You may be able to claim a portion of the fee from your private health fund depending on your level of cover; any gap is payable by you.
9. Payment. Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
10. Changes. Woodleigh Waters Dental may amend or withdraw this offer at any time. This offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
